EPW - Unsigned French, digital display with jump hours, 41mm, 18K gold (tested) OF original case, gilt cuvette, engine turned silver dial with aperture at top for hour indication, KWKS (key not included with this lot), verge escapement, gilt mvt with pierced and foliate scrolled two-footed balance bridge, s#6328 within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 33.0 dwt (51.0 g). Comes as pictured with a fitted box with a partial remaining marking for an American retailer.
CONDITION:
Mvt: NR, fully wound, balance swings freely and will tick with a twist and some reverse pressure held to fusee, good jump hour function when hand is set forward, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some fine scratches, haze and small spots to main plate; dial with somewhat darkened area at upper-left perimeter, few lesser dark spots elsewhere and scattered mild contact marks; fine minute and seconds-hand with some oxide and areas of finish loss; case shows little wear, scattered dings to rear, good overall engine turning detail though with mild reduction at rear shoulder; bow pivots freely, push shows light wear; good glass crystal. Box shows substantial wear, retailer's marking is largely lost and thus illegible.
